This vacancy is based in Stoke.

Cross Keys Estates are looking for an outgoing and ambitious administration apprentice to join their residential lettings team.

The Apprentice’s Role

The position will involve working for a very busy estate agency, primarily at their lettings office in Stoke.

This exciting, rewarding and sometimes challenging role will involve engaging with customers either face-to-face or over the telephone in an effort to assist them in their lettings and rental enquiries with the purpose of selling Cross Keys Estates products and services.

Your role will be almost exclusively customer facing and will be lettings, sales and customer service based, with duties that include effectively and professionally welcoming and engaging with customers to identify their needs, answering the telephone in a friendly and professional manner and effectively handling all enquiries. You will also be passing customer details onto alternative members of staff if the apprentice cannot fully meet the customers needs themselves and ensuring all sales literature is well stocked and organised.

As you become more confident in your role and you gain more experience and knowledge, you will be given a more active role alongside experienced staff with conducting viewings as well as processing negotiations, with the ultimate aim that you will soon be competent and confident enough to conduct these independently. There are also a variety of administration and clerical tasks involved in the role.

The apprentice will need to have their own method of transport as visits and travel will be required for this role. Mileage for the travel will be covered in expenses.

Working Hours: You will work 40 hours per week, over 5 days, Monday to Saturday. Specific weekly working patterns may vary, and will be discussed at interview.

Wages: £154.00 per week. Any additional hours worked above the 40 hours per week will be paid at the appropriate national minimum wage rate, depending on age.

Holiday: 28 days holiday entitlement, including bank holidays, will be paid each year, during the course of your apprenticeship.

Cross Keys Estates is fast emerging as one of the most innovative and forward thinking Estate Agencies in Plymouth, that now has two local offices within Stoke Village, one of which is dedicated to first time buyers and sellers, and a stunning Mannamead Road office serving the remainder of the City and housing the residential lettings department. The three Directors, all of whom are NAEA accredited, are totally committed to providing the very highest level of customer service to their customers, through honest transparent and professional advice, on all aspects of residential property matters.
