How does it work?

You: Register your interest in being an apprentice with Skills Group.

Skills Group: A Career Advisor will contact you to talk through your application and invite you to an informal interview.

You: At the interview you will be given advice and guidance about your options and discuss your career aspirations.

Skills Group: The Career Advisor will discuss current vacancies that may be of interest and put you forward for an interview with an employer, or offer you a place on our full-time programme.

You: Once you have been offered and accepted an apprenticeship, you will be employed by your new employer.

Skills Group: The Career Advisor will continue to oversee your progress and provide support to you and your employer throughout your apprenticeship.
